Recipe: Citrus Glazed Salmon


Citrus Glazed Salmon (1 portion)

6 oz. piece of fresh salmon

¼ cup lemon juice

1 tsp of Dill

Pinch of kosher salt

Pinch of Black cracked pepper

¼ cup melted butter

1 Tbsp of Orange juice

Drizzle of honey

In medium sauté pan over medium heat:

Spray pan with non-stick spray

Add melted butter

Add fresh salmon

Coat with Kosher salt & black pepper

Cook for approximately 2 minutes on first side

Add lemon and orange juice

Flip fish. Cook 1 minute. Add dill and honey to sauté pan.

Cook an additional minute or until done.
