Terre Haute, IN – On Saturday, Sept. 28, CANDLES Holocaust Museum and Education Center will host “An Evening of Light” dinner at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, 3000 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis.
“An Evening of Light” will recognize individuals for their dedication to sharing Holocaust education in their communities, followed by a discussion on the importance of Holocaust education today, survivor Eva Kor’s impact, and how each of us can make a difference.
This year Elizabeth Smart will be our esteemed guest speaker. Elizabeth Smart is a renowned American child safety activist and commentator for ABC News.
