Meet Mimi Pearce

Mimi Pearce is a seasoned reporter who has spent more than 34 years as a broadcaster in Indianapolis. After taking broadcast journalism classes in high school, Mimi attended Butler University in Indianapolis where she furthered her studies in the news industry. She worked at WFMS Radio as a traffic reporter for 34 years, and in 2002, she joined WTHR Eyewitness News Sunrise as part of the WFMS/WTHR Traffic Team in Indianapolis for 18 years.
Mimi is married to WFMS Morning Show Host Jim Denny.
Throughout her career, she has been involved with numerous charities including Go Red for Woman, Cocktails and Chemo, Riley Radiothon and the 4-H program. She has judged fair queen pageants in several Indiana counties and continues to participate in fair events.
Mimi is passionate about gardening, baking, fashion and decorating, skills that she brings to Great Day TV as The Designing Woman.
