Mimi's Brown Butter Herb Stuffing is quick and easy

Thanksgiving is coming . . . what about stuffing? You can make your own, but it's easier and just as tasty to pick up some Stove Top and add ingredients. Here's the recipe for my favorite, as seen on Great Day TV:


4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves

2 tablespoons chopped sage leaves

1 6-ounce box of Stove Top Stuffing


Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Stir until the butter browns and has a nutty aroma.

Add in sage and rosemary leaves and sautee about 1 minute.

Add 1 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil.

Add in the box of stuffing mix, cover and remove from heat.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
