Homemade lasagna brings comfort to your door!

Stephanie Daily, owner of Send A Friend Lasagna, is serving up more than just meals with her homemade, fresh lasagnas delivered across Indianapolis and nearby communities. What began seven years ago as a simple gesture of comfort for a grieving friend has blossomed into a beloved local business known for hearty flavors and heartfelt service.

Daily’s journey took root after a close friend’s wife passed away. “I brought him a lasagna to offer some comfort during a tough time,” Daily recalls. “Seeing how much it helped inspired me to share homemade meals with others in our community.”

Prior to launching Send A Friend Lasagna, Daily spent a decade in digital media marketing, bringing a unique blend of creativity and business savvy to her culinary endeavor. Her culinary roots run deep.

“My grandparents owned a restaurant back in the late ’80s and early ’90s,” she said. “Good food and family recipes have always been part of my life.”

That tradition shines through in every pan Daily prepares, including her own sauce crafted from a family recipe, where she says “love” is the secret ingredient.

Send A Friend Lasagna offers a variety of flavors, led by its best-selling meat-and-cheese option. Other selections include vegetable lasagna with zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers and carrots, as well as seasonal offerings such as a spring version with ricotta, spinach, carrots and peas and a fall butternut squash variety. The menu also includes meatballs and breadsticks.

Each lasagna serves 12 to 15 people, making it perfect for celebrations, comforting those in grief or simply enjoying a special meal with family and friends. Last year alone, the business produced 17,000 pounds of lasagna.
