Film critic Patty Spitler gave a three out of five stars rating to “The Pout-Pout Fish,” a new family-friendly animated release from MIMO Studios. The film centers on themes of emotional awareness and positive expression as the story follows an introverted fish who teams up with an energetic sea dragon as they search for a special fish to help save their underwater homes.
