Barbra Streisand just announced she is retiring at 81 years of age…wants to have some fun and relax...good for her!! Patty reflects on her illustrious career and shares an interview she did with this icon back in 1991 for the movie "Prince of Tides". Memories...oh yes, indeed.

Thirty years ago, it was a blockbuster movie about a living legend. Patty dug into her video archives again and found a revealing interview with entertainer Jerry Lee Lewis, PLUS some great scenes from the film about Lewis's life, “Great Balls of Fire.” Must see TV!!! By the way, Jerry Lee Lewis just went back to his home in Tennessee. He's been in the hospital for the past three months after suffering a stroke. Jerry Lee is 83 years old.

He was one of the good guys. Not only that, but talented, too. He could sing, act, and ohhh boy could he dance. Let's time travel 30 years ago and revisit one of our favorite Patrick Swayze films, “Road House,” and Patty's interview with this iconic actor who truly was gone too soon. He passed away Sept. 14, 2009, of pancreatic cancer. He was 57 years old.

Summer has arrived! Not only is the weather warmer, but the cinema also is sizzling. Patty went to New York City to chat with actor Eric “Modern Family” Stonestreet about his part in bringing the animated character Duke to life in “The Secret Life of Pets 2.” The movie just opened June 7 and is rated PG. WOOF!

Fairbanks Indiana Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame, the most prestigious broadcasting honor you can receive in the Hoosier state! Hundreds of people associated with radio and TV, along with families and friends, were there to cheer Patty and three other inductees.
