Kroger Gives New Meaning to Retirement

After 45 years, Wayne Steffan decided to retire from his sales job. But he still wanted something to do, so he became a Kroger associate, working in a variety of roles around the store. At his Kroger store in Carmel, Indiana, you might see him anywhere from the parking lot to produce, where he’s very particular about the banana table! Eric Halvorson talks to Patty about this dedicated employee.
