Caplinger's Fresh Catch Seafood Market is known for its delicious lobster rolls. And you can make them at home!
Here are the recipes for both hot and cold lobster rolls, as seen on a recent episode of Great Day TV:
Hot Lobster Roll
1 pound Cooked Lobster Claw Meat
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Garlic Butter Spread
4 Split Top Brioche Hot Dog Bums
1 Lemon
Chopped Chives
Melt butter in a skillet and add the Lobster Meat. Cool till Lobster is heated through. Spread butter inside and outside of the bums and place in a 350 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until toasted. Squeeze the lemon juice over the Lobster meat and fill the bun and top with chopped chives.
Cold Lobster Roll
1 pound Cooked Lobster Claw Meat
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/8 cup Diced Onion
4 Split Top Brioche Hot Dog Bums
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 Lemon
Chopped Chives
In mixing bowl add lobster meat, mayo, onion, Old Bay and juice of half a lemon. Mix thoroughly and chill for 1 hour. Toast the buns. Fill with Lobster and top with chopped chives.
