Stunning fall colors, holiday fun, historic glass company, and a benefit concert for Hear Indiana

Updated: 19 hours ago

Fall foliage in Indiana is reaching its peak. Barney Wood takes viewers on a journey to explore some of the best spots to enjoy the views in Brown County, Indiana, a prime location for leaf peeping.

Now hear this! Concerts for a Cause, a nonprofit that organizes four concerts annually, has chosen Hear Indiana as a beneficiary for its upcoming event. Hear Indiana CEO Ellyn McCall talks abut the concert as well as the Hearing Aid Assistance Program of Indiana, which provides hearing aids to children at a reduced cost.

Visit Indiana welcomes the holidays at the Indiana State Museum during the Celebration Crossing event, starting November 28. The whole family can enjoy a magical train ride, meet Santa Claus and take a peek back in time at the animated window of the L.S. Ayers store in downtown Indianapolis.

It’s a piece of Hoosier history! Barney Wood explores the Kokomo Opalescent Glass Company, the oldest glass company in the United States. Founded in 1888, it has a rich history of providing glass for prestigious clients and locations.
