Caplinger's New England Cod Bake

New England Cod Bake
2 pounds cod loins
1 1/2 stick salted butter
1/2 cup mayo
1 tablespoon chopped dill
2 cups crushed Ritz or club crackers
Old Bay seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place cod loins in a baking dish and spread mayo over it evenly. Sprinkle half of the dill over the mayo. Spread the cracker crumbs evenly over the fish and sprinkle the remaining Dill on the crackers. Pour the butter over the cracker crumbs and finish with Old Bay. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes and serve.
